Pros

They are very forward thinking in their continuous improvement on programs and policies. Very good communication between departments and I really enjoyed working there

Cons

I really didn' t see any. I was a group that was laid off after they bought out Gevity, but I have to say, they handled the layoffs very professionally, gave us good support and severance.

Pros

Security is called to walk a fired RSC to the door. The feeling of being secure is strong with security present. Job security is another matter. There is no job security at all. The new sales reps are nice people. You get to meet a lot of new people because the turn over is so high.

Cons

The long sales cycle cannot be changed. The solution offered to clients does not work as promised. If you read who in upper management is selling their stock, you get to see the lack of faith in the company.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate your valuable input as it helps us make continuous improvement to become a better company. As a current employee, you know that our management team cares deeply about the success of our people. We are committed to making sure that we are providing our RSC’s with all the assistance and support they need. In fact, aside from ongoing trainings, we have carefully designed a mentor/mentee program to guide RSC’s to achieve sales wins. Clearly defined processes and methods have also been put in place to make it easy to close deals. As our company continues to experience rapid growth, we recognize the importance of being transparent about expectations as well as offering attractive compensation packages. Being on the TriNet RSC team is not an easy job, because there is just so much to learn about our products and the variety of industries our clients are in. That is why we put such a heavy emphasis on coaching and metrics – to help RSC’s pick up key skills in the first year, and really capitalize on personal and professional growth heading into their second year. We understand your concern about job security after you witness a colleague being let go. At TriNet, we provide a wealth of support to driven and motivated employees, and we also expect our hired professionals to demonstrate accountability, teamwork and passion in their daily work. We would like to invite you to have an open discussion with your HR business partner or the management team regarding any suggestions or ideas you think will benefit the company. We look forward to hearing more details from you.
