      Pros

      The best colleagues ever. A lot of TriNetters genuinely love their jobs and the company. Pay is decent, but with the emphasis on sales, the workhorses in other departments are neglected. ESPP, Good benefits.

      Cons

      There is a lot of burnout, especially in Client Services where the colleagues feel underpaid, overworked, and unappreciated. Lack of training makes for a handful of colleagues running around the office answering the questions of new colleagues. Upper management in client services is really out of touch.

      A Growing Company - Not Without Challenges but I am Confident They Will Be Solved

      Pros

      The people and culture. There is a strong work ethic amongst the company and people genuinely care about their jobs and the work being performed. There is a sense of pride as the company continues to grow that our accomplishments will directly correlate to the companies success. There is a clear sense of drive coming from the top down that motivates us to work harder and do better.

      Cons

      As a growing company that has recently gone public we are facing many challenges because the policies and procedures previously in place were not scalable. As we experience these growing pains there are issues across the board and there will continue to be but I am confident in the companies ability to resolve these issues and learn from the experiences.
