Thank you so much for your input and keen observations about change and culture. Interestingly enough, while we have been undergoing change to keep pace with a marketplace that is going through transformation on many levels, our culture is one that has actually grown organically over the more than 25 years of our existence as a company. At TriNet, we allow our employees to help shape our culture. For example, on Big Sunday, colleagues are encouraged to choose a local school or shelter to volunteer for and TriNet foots the bill. Also the Best Place to Work Survey is another example - Corporate HR takes action and makes improvements based on the results. We make every effort to welcome new colleagues to this culture that has proven to benefit our employees, our clients and the company. Meanwhile, we are genuinely pleased that you have found the many other aspects of your engagement here to be to your liking. We love to hear that!

We love hearing that our efforts toward creating a great company culture - with “good work-life balance” - are appreciated. We assure you that those efforts will not cease. Please understand that it is very possible that what may seem to be unnecessary procedures really do have value somewhere along the line, perhaps someplace quite removed from their point of implementation. Nevertheless, when procedures do become more of a burden than a benefit, and are not legally required of us, we do try to make adjustments. If you have specific policies in mind that you think warrant changing, please bring them to the attention of your management team. They will likely look into them, or alternatively, offer a good explanation of why that policy is in place. Thank you for your insights!
