Pros

Good benefits and pay. You have to give up your life for them. Not worth the abuse! Not many pros here at all.

Cons

Been following these reviews for a while. It appears when there is a negative review, there's a very "positive" one to immediately follow, which buries the bad review. BEWARE since I believe the management or company is most likely doing this. I was fooled terribly by all the "positive" reviews of this company. Don't fall for them like I did. This place took years off my life, and I was treated really bad, along with the bad mistreatment of other employees. Don't be fooled! This place is a revolving door. They move people through there constantly, like they're moving cattle. Not a pleasant workplace. Lots of unrealistic goals and demands put on employees to perform. No sales call support, as promised. Cold calling mostly with very little support from management. Abusive bosses who talk down to employees every day. They verbally abuse employees behind closed doors. When reported to HR, they did nothing. NO support from HR whatsoever, which was truly disappointing. Favoritism amongst the ranks. If you're slightly underperforming, they make an example out of you. Run from this place. The money isn't worth the abuse.

Pros

Great pay, good benefits when you are a full time permanent employee.

Cons

No real training. My manager had me sit and watch another employee for 2 days and then had me go to work. There were things I had to do that I did not know how to do and processes I did not know about.

We appreciate your candor regarding your experience and we regret that you did not avail yourself of the opportunity to address these issues with your immediate manager and/or your HR Business Partner. We are currently creating more training curricula, perhaps in the very area where you felt we were lacking. For example, we now offer what we call Spark! and Ignite! Learning Journeys. Spark! is geared toward people managers and Ignite! is geared toward all company professionals. Both development tracks include a variety of content - beyond just workshops - aligned with the company's strategy and business growth. In addition to the communication and management skills developed in these programs, we do offer training for specific jobs and we do encourage employees to openly address such issues with their immediate managers and/or their HR Business Partners. That way, we can proactively address the issues and give our employees everything they need in order to succeed and be happy at TriNet.

Pros

Internal relationships. Diverse benefit offerings.

Cons

Lots of room for mediocre and bad employees to hide. Little to no focus on organic growth or support. Hidden everything, no importance on being full disclosure or promoting from within. All politics. Discriminatory between product platforms. Employees in TriNet Passport product get more attention, growth opportunities, and care.

We regret that you did not avail yourself of the opportunity to address these issues with your immediate manager and/or your HR Business Partner. We are aware that growing enterprises such as ours sometimes find that disconnects do occur when melding diverse products and services, and accordingly, we do try to keep them to a minimum. Your comments have been brought to the attention of our HR team.
