Fullfilling work with competitive benefits and rewards. Great people to work with. Management is approachable. TriNet values employee feedback and suggestions for improvement. Strives for excellence and overall customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Employees are encouraged in and reimbursed for continuing education.

Cons

Can be very demanding work with critical timelines to meet. Must be able to manage many urgent items at a time.

TriNet is an awesome place to work. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, it is definitely where you want to be. TriNet gives you all the tools to be successful. Competitive salary, generous benefits and a generous expense account. TriNet is very focused on tapping into your referral network and attending networking events.The leadership team and executives are very supportive and are there to help win the business with you as a team. If you are looking at the PEO business, TriNet is the place to be.

Cons

You definitely need to be of the entrepreneurial mindset and be able to figure some things out on your own with little direction.
