Pros

One of the things that caught me attention at TriNet were the people. The staff here are extremely nice and even the executives speak! In previous places of employment, you rarely saw the Executives and when you didm they barely looked in your direction. I love how the CEO speak to everyone in his path and the others are just as pleasant to speak to and work with. TriNet is definitely a friendly, fun, and fabulous place to work.

Cons

I dont have much to say for the downside of Trinet, but it would be nice to have my whole team in one office rather split between California and Florida.

Room for Growth, Experience Depends on the Department

Pros

Experience seems to be based on what product, department and team you work in, as the culture is largely driven by direct managers more than Human Resources. In Client Services Department within the "Passport" product, overall great people who work hard to serve and support the clients. The clients are interesting and varied in their goals, workforce and business.

Cons

Internal Human Resources has lots of room for improvement and compared to many of our clients the culture, perks and atmosphere are more straight-laced and cut-back, so maybe not a great fit if you are looking for somewhere with a super jovial atmosphere and lush treatement of employees.

Pros

TriNet offers a tremendous amount of financial opportunity. If you are willing to learn, grow, and develop as a sales professional, you can do extremely well.

Cons

You will work hard and long hours building your network and contacts. This is not a con, but more of a requirement in starting any outside sales job.
