      interesting work some really great people lots of change

      Cons

      senior management is all over the place very different levels of business acumen throughout the organization favoritism is apparent lots of propaganda culture of fear resulting from many rounds of layoffs

      Pros

      Teamwork and collaboration were promoted. Company management transparent about financials for a privately owned company. Middle management was supportive of employees. Continuing education encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      Company ran RIFS destructive to employee morale and damaged teams' ability to perform their missions. Performance management system was confusing.

      Pros

      Great group of co-workers. Feel like you are all on the same boat, rowing as fast as possible. Customers appreciate the work you do for them

      Cons

      Management team is not what it used to be. Does not appear to know what direction they want to go and making the company a case study for B-school of what not to do.
