      Pros

      Good culture Lot of new learnings as in technologies. A good place to build your career. Rest and vest culture. Flexible timings and what not. But to be frank I'm talking about the zenefits a year back. Right now this is now turned into more like a service based consulting company. For those who are from services background can like it to be here for sure.

      Cons

      Bad management They suddenly do re-org, suddenly they can close the branch, suddenly they can change you to be a contractor. Ufff I'm done. Lot of uncertainties...each and every day they surprise you with crazy business decisions 😜. It's so fun if you don't take it seriously.

      - Helping colleagues - Flexible work environment

      Cons

      - Lack of vision in management. - Leadership takes decisions without thinking of the employees. - Stagnation in growth after sometime. - Too much process which kills your creativity - The work environment is getting depressing if not toxic - The employment of employees is at the mercy of management. If they want to terminate, you can be forced to resign by making up reasons. - Not a great company for those who want to excel in tech skills.
