Great company but a tough place to work

Pros

Opportunity to work with great customers who appreciate the services provided. Dedicated employees who go way beyond the extra mile for their customers.

Cons

Leadership team doesn't agree with each other and they show it. Don't "walk the talk". The hours and workload can be too much there is no work life balance. Management prides itself on having a startup atmosphere.
