      The benefits are really great

      Cons

      Literally everything other than benefits, management is inexperienced and petty- they talk badly about other employees behind their backs and literally about everyone. It's not a good look. The company culture is very mean girls high school. Company policies and programs are constantly changing and every new idea is capitalized on as if it is revolutionary when in fact it is not.
