      Salary is fair for the market.

      Management turnover is high. Priority is constantly changing. Appears to be a lack of direct leadership and shared vision.

      Great Concept - PEO, good base salary

      Cons

      Morale horrible. Was promised 150k or more at plan when signing on with company. on target earnings at plan is 90-110k. poor service on back end
