Pros

High growth due to nature client base expanding and many acquisitions Plenty of jobs and opportunity Company has tried to improve salary base for new hires to be competitive with top talent

Cons

Many new executives who are not experienced in the industry come in and have grand visions that cannot be executed. Highly stressful demands are made on existing staff to meet dates and deadlines which are unrealistic. While they ask for feedback, they don't want to hear anything contradictory to what they want to do. There is a focused effort to acquire many companies quickly to get to a certain client size. Integration plans have yet to be successful, causing strain and significant stress on existing employees (also client satisfaction). There are multiple re-orgs resulting in a highly political environment and lack of trust internally.

Awful since the new CEO

Pros

The people except senior leadership especially within the hr team. Pay and benefits were good.

Cons

Senior people leadership team are either spineless or examples of failing up. One in particular is a perpetrator of chaos by creating a toxic environment yet remains unchecked. She is a horrible and untrustworthy leader; if you want your business to be shared, she’s your go to. It’s comical how delusional and erratic she is, it should be noted she runs the talent team. The sales team is a disaster and the new CRO has only made it worse, has not a clue as to what he’s doing. Unless you’re in India or Atlanta, good luck with any career growth.

Pros

If you happen to get a good manager.

Cons

TriNet treats employees terribly, it’s why they are all running to the exit. All this talk about people matter yet they do not treat their internal employees as if they matter. Pay is low, hours are long and executive leadership a disaster.
