Pros

The health insurance is unparalleled

Cons

Beware of TriNet ISO in Bradenton. The culture is toxic and your success is based upon luck of the draw. If you're set in a difficult territory you will not succeed.

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, 401k match is nice

Cons

Toxic culture, no growth opportunities, nepotism, sexual harrassment. Zero sales strategy, hence the hi turnover and what looks like recent layoffs. This company will survive like most corporate goliaths but unless your married to someone in leadership or someone's best friend youll get a garbage territory. That's where the nepotism comes in. If you're lucky enough to inherit amazing partnerships in an amazing territory then youll bank.
