Pros

Benefits and PTO are in line. The building is kind of nice and they have a few vending machines that help and oh yea, free coffee.

Cons

You are going to find the same old corporate BS that you find in every corporate job. There is a LOT of drama and back stabbing. The people I were "Honored" to work with were well seasoned. Working in the IT department I saw many older (over 40) people dismissed only to be replaced by younger, "in-click" people. Even some in mid management positions who didn't fit in the group were replaced. This seems to be systematic and most likely illegal but honestly, if you take a look at the IT department (Helpdesk, workstation, tier-2 and various other teams) you will honestly notice a generation gap. Department managers don't seem to notice, nor do they care. It's corporate after all but it is also obvious and very sickening to watch.

Pros

A great place to implement new ideas and process improvements. As with any growing company, there are opportunities for advancement, particularly within the operations organization.

Cons

As with any growing company that recently went public, there are opportunities to build an infrastructure that is scalable. Work/Life balance can also be a challenge.

We are thrilled to hear that you are interested in “new ideas and process improvements.” Please don’t be shy about sharing your ideas with your management team. We are definitely all ears when it comes to improving operations, creating opportunities for employees to grow, and providing better products and services for our clients. As you’ve pointed out, growth can present some challenges, but it also presents the kinds of opportunities you’ve identified. We hope you will continue to “accentuate the positive,” as the old song lyric goes.

Pros

Benefits were good, lots of PTO, good 401k match, flexible work hours

Cons

Training wasn't very good, colleagues in other offices could be difficult to work with, sales staff would make promises to customers that couldn't be delivered

We’re glad to know that we fulfilled your personal needs for PTO, flexible hours, and other benefits, but we regret that you didn’t feel the training you received was adequate. We are constantly creating more robust training and development opportunities to assist our employees both personally and professionally. For example, we offer our Spark! and Ignite! Learning Journeys. Both development tracks include a variety of content - beyond just workshops - that is fully aligned with the company's strategy and business growth.
