Pros

The company is great. Burton has a great vision and a passion for what he does, and it's contagious. They offer wonderful benefits, and just implemented PAID maternity leave. Wow!!!

Cons

Service Operations is the worst department to work in. It is not family friendly or flexible, and your review is not based on performance. You can be perfect at your job, but have a couple of bad months of attendance in a row and you're out. It doesn't matter how valuable you are to your department, how much you know, or how great your contribution is. If you are more than 5 late, get sick, or have anything else unexpected come up, you're gone. This isn't true in all departments - only Service Ops! Their policies pit you against your team members rather than building the team. The policies encourage team members to police each other (I'm not referring to holding each other accountable - that is always welcome!), but bullying is also condoned. Communication is sorely lacking and huge decisions are often made in a vacuum with no regard to how they will affect the client, work site employees, or colleagues. They appear to care about their employees by offering great benefits (that's by design), but their impossible policies and overwhelming work loads prove otherwise. In some locations, it's impossible to move up, and there are absolutely no training opportunities.

Thank you for the detailed review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy the benefits we offer, and feel proud of the new paid parental policy we recently implemented for the entire company. As an HR services provider, we understand there might be unexpected events that prevent colleagues from reporting for work. In no way do we condone workplace bullying. Please feel free to reach out directly to management or your HR Business Partner to address your specific personal needs as well as the issues you raised regarding your team members. At TriNet, we also take colleagues’ professional development very seriously. We have rolled out company-wide learning & development programs, and many colleagues have taken advantage of these free development opportunities. Please check out the internal site and look for the next upcoming class near you. We look forward to your participation.

Business as Usual

Pros

The service/product is great. Trijet's service model helps a lot of companies focus on their business and not get distracted by the administrative time killing activities.

Cons

Business as usual for about 90% of the employees in the company. Hardly anyone takes ownership, constant finger pointing and placing the blame on others. Many employees outside of sales do not work with a sense of urgency, they come in and do their 8 hours and thats it, nothing more nothing less. Old legacy employees are stifling true growth with their antiquated processes and procedures. Sales Managers/Directors lack the knowledge and foresight to truly develop their sales consultants. These Sales Managers/Directors are simply there to collect a check and could care about helping others advance.
