Pros

Pay, generous benefits, flexibility, PTO

Cons

They can’t seem to get the interdepartmental thing down. Certain teams and their processes are so slow and there is nothing that can be done about it apparently. I’m in the business of retaining and upselling but when certain basic processes are extremely painful for clients, it makes the management of the relationship difficult. I have hope that the new CEO is going to fix a lot of issues.

Pros

Decent Pay Remote Work Multiple Schedule Options

Cons

Management has little to no care about you as a person. You are a number on a board taking calls or chats and if you are not meeting those numbers you are not good enough. The quality team will go out of their way to find calls that you messed up on. You could have 300 good calls and 1 bad call and they will find that bad call. You are not allowed to hang up on customers who are verbally abusive. Customers threaten you and threaten to find you personally and the management team does nothing about it. They don't actually care for their customers and the longer you work there, the more you discover what a huge scam the company is. Their biggest selling point is great benefits but recently reduced your options to only two, bad or worse. The employees you work with are lied to because they are told they get discounted rates when in reality the rates employees/employers pay is more or exactly the same as market rates. And this is your fault of course, not TriNets.

Pros

Competitive base pay, good benefits, autonomy, entrepreneurial environment, you can connect w all kinds of diff biz owners and learn about their biz. Development of your biz acumen

Cons

V similar to any other B2B type sales gigs, 6-12+ months sales cycle. Hunter gig. PEO Industry extremely crowded in FL where you’ll be 1 of 5 PEOs in a tough economic environment with a product/service marked at a premium price with no clear competitive advantage to countless other PEOs who can charge less for better all around service/product or at best identical product service. Territory - no marketing efforts outside of NYC, LA, CHI, SF, BOS, MIA The above major markets also have partnerships with wework that generates 80% of closed biz for those reps. If your territory doesn’t have a wework you most likely will have a very difficult time making it a year w zero experience Must have health insurance broker partnerships to have a chance at consistent results. You’ll find that the good brokers in FL have been exhausted by veteran PEO reps. Constant sales dept policy fluctuations from upper mgmt
