8yThank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative place to work for all our associates. We value and consider all feedback and will continue to find ways to improve. However, we would like to address a couple of your concerns here. We at Trianz take pride in calling our self as an organization where more than 18% + associates have crossed more than 8+ years, we have had multiple cases of associates who have left us joining back. As in every organization we have benefits to our associates some standard as per industry some specific to regions. Trianz takes pride in it's management which is committed to make the process of progress easy for its associate and the company.
