Pros

honestly, i can't think of many pros. if you are being recruited in silicon valley, be careful. read the reviews and figure out which ones are written by employees, and which ones are written by recruiters. and if you just want a place to bide your time while looking for a job, then take their offer!

Cons

trianz is a place to go when you have no other options. go ahead and interview with them, and ask them what percent of the people that were there 1 year ago are still there today. then ask them what percent of the people that were there 2 years ago are still there. get the picture? oh, and none of the promises made to you when you're hired will be honored. the company and its leaders are perpetually late, lazy, dishonest, uninspiring, short-sighted, cheap, reactive...not much else to say. there you have it.

Pros

It beats being unemployeed. The best thing was the people I worked with on projects (do not read senior management, but consultants and managers).

Cons

Serious lack of leadership and focus by senior leadership. Senior leadership was not concerned about career growth. They looked at consultants and even managers as commodities. This company is just simply poorly managed. The CEO is delusional in the fact that he thinks he can make a blue chip organization. He has a command and control style, but the problem is that he has no experience or knowledge for what he is doing. He needs to realize that it is time for him to step aside and let someone who really knows what they are doing to take over. The CEO's lack of understanding this requires him to replace good people with not so smart "yes-men."

Pros

None. Good helpful fresh resources out of college

Cons

CEO Is fooling and playing with resources by entering positive feedback Most of experiences resources leave within 1 year and freshers still here for 2 to 3 years to gain experience. Company is going in the negative direction Projects are getting executed with the help of freshers and hence senior resources have to sit extra hours to complete work. too much work pressure

We request you to refrain from making such false allegations. While we encourage people to speak out both about things that please them and about areas of concern for them at Trianz, we, as a company, are against publishing tailored comments on public feedback forums. Regarding growth, we have been witnessing a very rapid growth over the last two years – which has been far higher than industry average. With our reinforced focus on Cloud, Analytics, Digital and Security; we are seeing more growth traction. Additionally, while we agree Trianz is a good place for ones starting their career, we would also like to point out that we have had some of the best industry talents continuing with us for over 10 years now. That talks about the immense value and growth they have seen in their career through these years.
