They pay well and have good equipment, they are safety oriented as a whole and they seem to be open to improvment on a customer to customer basis and work through it with the drivers, its a good place to work.

Cons

Slip seating with other drivers that are less that clean and leave it for the next driver to take care of

Pros

Trimac always paid you every week,they provided a benefit package too,we had an excellent terminal manager,there was an atmosphere of teamwork,diversity,and comradery.

Cons

The thing that I dislike the most was that we where permanently assigned onsite to a customer, and the customer was your boss/dispatcher too,that isnt good because they dont carry the burden of liability like the carrier(trimac) does,and the mutual respect level from the customer is LESS,they see you like a lower breed,thats why I hate working for outfits that pimp you out.
