Pros

Some smart people, good learning environment if you choose so. Flexible work hours and attire. There is really not much more to say.

Cons

Non-competitive pay, even if you're a rockstar, poor benefits , poor culture, for most people it's just a job to show up and collect a check. Upper management doesn't care about employee's and has done several layoffs to meet 20% profit growth for the company's stock price.

Pros

Good team members Ok Benefits Flexible work environment This is a great place to sit until you find something better

Cons

Projects lack leadership, direction and accountability Proper skill sets are missing and the skilled resources are over worked Don't ever volunteer to do something extra to fill in for a resource gap - you won't get kudos; only admonishment for not hitting someone's undefined expectations There are a lot of Big-Fish-Little-Pond and Queen Bee types - improvements and technology are out dated
