Lots to learn in the beginning. The work is challenging, and makes you work competitively with your peers. Great place to start your career.

Cons

Promotions are like far-off land if you are working in the Chicago office! It takes longer for people to move up the ladder in this office compared to other Trinity offices. Hard work in not appreciated a bit. Overall I would not recommend anyone to work in this office. Management needs to change definitely if the office wants to retain good talent.

Trinity is a good place to learn environmental consulting. You work hard for the first few years, learn a lot, and have a good support group.

Cons

You are expected to work many hours and PTO is enough for the first few years of employment. Career advancement is limited to employees flexibility to relocated.
