Pay was low. Benefits were extremely lacking. Employee's only get 13 days of PTO (vacation + sick time) per year for the first 5 years. No exceptions. Expected to charge/bill at least 90% of your time, which shifts all the overhead, unplanned duties to your own time. Management was not appreciative of extra time put it, and constantly underestimated project time requirements.

Personally, there were more cons than pros. The overall office atmosphere and attitude was too serious. It is one thing to work hard and produce quality products, but its another thing to overwork yourself and not get appreciation from your supervisor or manager for the time you dedicated to a project. Upper management, especially supervisors and new managers, did not seem to be experienced in managing projects effectively, and under my manager, project deadlines were never met satisfactorily. There also seems to be a lack of comfort regarding communication between co-workers.There was also no work/life balance, as you are required to work long hours, and as a consultant (G56) you get very little PTO. Definitely ask questions about what is expected out of you if you are hired, and get informed on what day-to-day life is like in a Trinity office. I believe there are better opportunities out there for new graduates where your manager or supervisor act as mentors and guides, rather than Big Brother.
