Pros
- Seasoned Executive 's have been brought in and there is night and day difference in the company compared to 12 months ago - Very friendly employee base who are willing to help each other out - A lot of new faces in the organization who have brought a once boring culture back to life - There seem to be many more employee focused events than there had been historically - New, more modern, floor plans - There are murmurs about some significant changes in employee benefits for next, but I have not seen them implemented yet as we have not started the new fiscal year
Cons
- Most of the cons I read in other reviews were true, but have either been fixed with the new executive team or there seems to be line of sight into solutions - Cross company communication is much better than in the past and is an area the management team has started to dedicate focus, but still has some work to do - 401K match is only 2%, I believe, but there are traditional and Roth options
