Pros
There really are too many to say. first place i've ever worked that makes benefits available from day 1. First time in 20 years I was given an actual structured "welcome to company" orientation that answered questions it has taken me YEARS to get answers to at other jobs. The management team is constantly working to make sure you are happy, get along with your peers, feel challenged, etc. *commence jaw drop* this company is completely focused on employee morale and the complete opposite of anywhere i've ever worked before. delightful
Cons
the pay is just OK - but well within industry standards. Open cube setup promotes teamwork/sharing but can be a bit distracting for someone like myself who prefers quiet and has ADD - but it really does help to keep open communication lines within team.
