Company sometimes forgets the "little" people that keep the show going. Great to send Sales team to the islands for a week of R&R on company tab, but what about the staff that made it all possible? All the extra effort put into marketing, development, human resources, accounting. Sure, sales team closes the deals but without all the other support teams, sales team would be nothing.

The company is growing super fast (nearly 100% in 2 years) which has gotten me a number of my co-workers opportunities for new projects, jobs and advancement. There is a great culture that values helping its people grow and rewarding them.

Cons

The growth can be challenging for some as it means we are always doing new things (new offices, new computers, etc) so if you don't like to always being new stuff and growth - you may not like it here.
