My career at TrinWare has been nothing but positive! TrinWare is filled with some of the best mentors you can find, especially as an individual who is just beginning her journey as a marketing director. There are plenty of opportunities here, and they’re open to communication and understanding of situations, as long as you’re open about it. The work culture is great, wonderful people work here and there are great work bond activities within the company. This company has the feeling of a bigger corporation but still has that small business feel where everyone is incorporated and needed in someway.

TrinWare has been around for 20 years and it shows. I started 4 years ago, and my experience has been A+. Management and ownership shows up to work, which is more than you can say about 95% of businesses around the world. That keeps the employees energized and feeling like ownership is part of the team. In addition, benefits are competitive. In fact, they just recently reduced the employees amount for health insurance. This helps a family a lot. Trinware supports the advancement of the employees knowledge by paying for certificates and leadership classes. Every day is a learning experience at TrinWare too, with an industry that moves very fast. Great location. Clean building. Snacks in the fridge!!!!!! Employee appreciation events frequently. BBQ's in the summer. They make sure to keep things fun too, which is important to morale.
