Pros

Nothing! The work environment at Trinware is toxic and hostile. Employees are miserable all the time here!

Cons

Trinware is a sorry excuse for a company run by clowns that have no idea what they’re doing! They compensate for their incompetence by treating employees horribly and overworking them. I had to wear multiple hats during my time at the company, and I wasn’t even compensated for the extra work! Going beyond expectations doesn’t reward you at all; you’re just showing management that you can handle heavier workloads.

To start, I'd like to point out and address the inappropriate labels being given here, calling us "clowns", "incompetent", and that our employees are "miserable". This is certainly not a productive nor valuable way to invoke change, and we certainly advise our current and former employees to work with us in a productive manner to resolve these issues, should they feel it necessary. Moving on from that, I'd like to address the specific concerns. First, I'd like to address the statement that our employees are "miserable" the whole time. We respectfully disagree with that statement. TrinWare has several very tenured employees, some that have been with the company over 20 years! Through weekly 1-on-1's, monthly SI reviews, and annual reviews, we make sure that our communication is high when it comes to engaging with our employees. Next, regarding that we're a "sorry excuse for a company" (which we, again, respectfully disagree with), TrinWare has been in business since 2004 and supports companies who make an impact on consumers' lives daily. Recently, we completed a project with the US Military, sending out over 100 PC's to them that save lives in the field. In addition, you'll find TrinWare computers in over 8,000 retail locations across the United States that keep employees and customers safe utilizing best-in-class technology by a worldwide firm. Certainly, a clown wouldn't be capable of such feats. Finally, each month, our leadership group reviews our Core Values (GOALS) and specifically looks for employees that go above and beyond that deserve recognition. These efforts are not only recognized and rewarded at the time of the nomination, but are also passed through to management reviews too, which normally result in a monetary review. As mentioned in previous replies, TrinWare encourages both current and former employees to engage with management in a positive way so that we may improve their situation. If you'd like to have more discussion about this, feel free to give me a call. -Jeff, 720-673-4995.

Pros

The team had energy and ambition.

Cons

Leadership operated on burnout as a strategy, not side effect. The workload kept piling up with no boundaries or appreciation. It was clear we were only there to hit numbers, not build careers. I left feeling overused, undervalued, and invisible.

Hello. First, I'd like to apologize that your experience with TrinWare was not up to your expectations. To start, I'd like to address the workload. TrinWare is growing at a significant pace, and there certainly can be a lot of moving pieces at once. That said, as managers, we work tirelessly with our staff to manage workloads and expectations through platforms like ADP and Planner for project management. If an employee is concerned about their workload, we welcome them to speak to their manager to develop a plan to balance and/or delegate some of those tasks, as necessary. In addition, TrinWare management sets weekly and/or bi-weekly meetings with our employees to ensure job satisfaction. Our staff is welcome to provide this feedback, in addition to additional feedback as mentioned above (like feeling overused, undervalued or invisible) so we can work out a plan to alleviate some of these concerns. Just like with our customers, employee feedback is critical to the success of our business, and maintaining relationships with our staff, as we truely do want them to feel that they have a carreer with TrinWare. I'd love to discuss this with you more, should you like to. Feel free to contact me. -Jeff, 720-673-4995

Pros

You can gain some experience, but that's all there is. Not worth your time.

Cons

Salary is awful, especially when you compare it to other compare it to other companies, workloads are overwhelming because employees are forced to take on multiple roles, opportunities to advance are never given if you are going above and beyond the expectations set, etc.

First, I'd like to apologize that TrinWare was unable to hit the mark for you. To start, as part of our mission statement, TrinWare values itself on providing a wage that is above most. As a small business, we may not be able to compete with significantly larger businesses that offer inflated wages and lay off staff frequently. However, we position our employees for long-term success and certainly strive to remain competitive in this area. In regards to opportunities and workload, TrinWare managers focus on our core values (GOALS) and certainly promote and reward those who deserve said advancement. I'd certainly love to chat more about your experience, and apologize again that we weren't up to your expectations. Feel free to give me a call. -Jeff, 720-673-4995
