Cons

Leadership lacks technical expertise. No raises or bonuses despite promotions. Poor communication and unclear goals. Intimidation tactics and public reprimands. Toxic and unstable work environment.

Pros

This is an organization that really gives you the tools to be successful in sales, and they aren't afraid to compensate you well for your hard work. The leadership, management, and co-workers make this a sales friendly organization through open communication, team collaboration, and continuous training. No micromanagement, but support and resources are there if/when you need it. TrinWare is big on recognition and making sure that your success is celebrated and your hard work is seen and appreciated. There is a lot of opportunity for growth from increasing sales to career progression. Exciting to see where things will go during the next five years!

Cons

May not suit you if you are looking for remote work - but the office culture is fun & collaborative.
