Trip.com fosters a diverse & inclusive environment with opportunities for development/progression. The leadership team are keen to listen and to make improvement where possible. Communication is improving daily which is having a very positive impact on motivation.

Cons

In the past we have grown faster than we were ready for (lessons have most definitely been learnt)

+ other team members + the office (comfortable location and modern design) + events

Cons

- internal policies (sickness, errors) - limited access to help in everyday responsibilities - communication with other offices - unclear procedures - firing good employees for minor mistakes (e.g., sickness)

Pros

- all the employees and friendly and welcoming - sense of belonging - salary is not too bad

Cons

- salary could be higher considering the workload - hard work is often not recognized; you are punished for potential, even small, mistakes, but often not congratulated for a job well done - the procedures surrounding the job are not straight-forward and there is often miscommunication and misunderstanding
