Some people are knowledgeable and strive to provide excellent service. Working with such a team has been a positive experience in terms of collaboration and learning opportunities.

Cons

The influence and direction from the Chinese headquarters often overshadow local needs and concerns. This top-down approach has sometimes led to a feeling of being unheard or disregarded, which can be frustrating. Additionally, while many staff members are committed and skilled, there are instances of stressful interactions and a somewhat toxic work environment that can affect team morale and productivity.

Review for trip Toxic work culture - either be like them or become like them Managers who do not know how to be managers and micro manage but do so uneffectively. Racist company. Playing politics from ground all the way up to upper management. Especially in Asian offices. Whoever gives good comments are just one of the toxic people trying to boot lick. Colleagues are not the most intelligent bunch. Meaningless conversations daily. These are my opinions from my experience there.

The training period is motivating and well delivered The office is ideally located in the city center Customer oriented in Hotel service ( drastically less in Flight service)

Cons

Chinese style management Little to no consideration for the staff from the higher management Middle management (UK) can only hear the staff's ideas and complaint, but has no authority to act on it Empty promises, even blatant lies, in order to try to keep the staff members. Most positive reviews seem to be from the management.
