Good for entry level Grads and thats pretty much it

Pros

Free Coffee and everybody is similar in age with similar interests.

Cons

Terrible training, no upward movement, has not changed the salary since the company opened 10 years ago. EXTREMELY unprofessional language towards women. Low morale, high turnover ratio. Still uses a churn and burn sales approach.

Pros

There is a methodical and structured approach to learning and understanding their business. The model is unique and effective. If applied properly, a six figure income is withing reach fairly quickly. They only promote from within and don't really care about experience when it comes to growth. They only care about capability. Solid team working environment.

Cons

The growth comes with some risk in the form of geographic change or different verticals. Reviews occur monthly and they are informative and directional but can be harsh. The interior color scheme in Austin needs refreshing.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is that you can gain entry-level experience in the industry

Cons

There are really too many to list: Low compensation, degrading comments from management, terrible training, unethical policies. Over the span of a few years, my commissions were cut at least 3 times so the owners could buy expensive cars/houses. The owners don't care at all about their employees and they make you feel like you are worthless. If you enjoy being yelled at constantly, being publicly humiliated in front of your peers and receiving condescending remarks from two Boston guys with a chip on their shoulder, then this is the place for you.
