Horrible Company - Dont waste your time

Pros

Keely was a great branch manager. However, she is no longer there. So...no pros.

Cons

Low base salary Job entails cold calling all day. They micromanage you by sending out call reports 3 times a day. They expect 3 hours of phone time and 200 attempts a day. Managers have the same job duties as its employees which leads to a conflict of interest Training was awful. All they did was read powerpoints to you. The higher ups are incredibly rude. They berate their employees via email

Good company to get foot into industy, but limited after that

Pros

it's a smaller company, the direct hire side has only around 10 and the contract side around 40. So everyone is pretty close and close in age (mid 20's). We do get payed weekly, so theres not much waiting around for your salary. They give you training and all the access to Linkedin and job boards to make you as effiecient as possible.

Cons

Salary is lower than what I have seen from some other companies and comission can take a long time to come in due to guarentee dates ranging from 30 to 90 days. And it seems as though there is limited room to move up with the company, there just arent alot of positions to move to. It seems like the typical employment span is not much longer than a year till people move on Oh yeah and a 730 start time but still work till 5

Free gym and nothing else

Cons

Low base salary, no room for growth, horrible management, far north Austin, cold calls all day I hope I can save someone the time and trouble with this company. Do no waste your time because the management at this company is the most unethical and immoral people I have ever worked for. They will micromanage everything you do and pay you an unlivable salary. I have nothing positive to say about Triple Crown.
