Pros

Start up culture is back with shrinking employee head count. People know each other personally as they are working in here for decades.

Cons

Aging community. Lots of experiments in the name of scrum, before even settling down on one. Very unstable growth due to unfavorable market conditions and layoff practices globally.

- Scrum methodology, Good working culture, Good technologies and complex domain - After ION acquisition, lot of focus is on Quality, Automation and more emphasis on "doing things the right way" - Lot of learning opportunities and good pay package

Cons

- Infrastructure needs to be improved - Company is in transition phase

None left, work here only if you are desperate, have nowhere else to go, still working on your long term plan, or are stuck due legal reasons.

Cons

The company is in bad shape, their code is in shambles, no customer can run even a decently sized business without throwing tons of hardware on problems. they are on the verge of losing even the existing customers, their data center is a joke with most incompetent people, who have no technical background managing it. Their customer facing organization has no technical depth and no business acumen. Triple point can not even can not get good reference from existing customers. The management is desperate, but they do not have any skill set as they have inbred for a long time moreover earlier mostly promotions were based on favouritism by the owner and the founder, good technical guys are leaving in droves, very few knowledgeable people are left now. ION Should analyze how each employee has progressed in their career then they will find out who is real deal and who is POS.
