Senior staff pull in six figures while lower positions make next to nothing. Nice place to work with little effort, if that is your thing.

Cons

Little to no support. No chance for job advancement. High turnover and burn out rate.

Cons

Well below industry standard salary and some programs have poor work/life balance. Being asked to work far more than 40 hours/week with no overtime or compensation.
