401k and ETO are the only best pros

Cons

Quite suffocating. Management only cares about the bottom dollar while ceo makes 1.3-1.6M a year, majority of company makes less than $40k. Policy after policy after policy.

You will learn exactly how work place abuse and pay inequality takes place. After enduring this type of treatment, you will always negotiate with future employers aggressively to protect your interests and self-worth.

Cons

If you have integrity and the fortitude to excel at what you do, be prepared for levels of manipulation and management apathy. Stepping out of line will result in a campaign of aggressive attempts to keep you from questioning any management decisions even if it takes 2 years for the decisions to be made. Be prepared for these aggressive tactics to be deployed coast to coast and without any regard for professionalism. You will also be solicited to help former execs with other projects that will ultimately put your integrity to the test.

I still talk with a couple people I met there a few times a year. Half left. Since then, more left or were bullied into leaving or fired. Using what I experienced in this job, I documented and reported a future boss such that he was fired. I don’t put up with the hogwash anymore. It’s illegal - I document it and report it. And if it’s just bad culture, I activate my network and leave.

Cons

I wish toxic was the worst word I could use but I saw discrimination during hiring, gender discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying. Everyone was scared of corporate yet so quick to say things behind their back. The nepotism and backstabbing was awful. I was gaslit and lied to multiple times, in front of others about even the most petty things. I almost left my career after this job and had to get therapy afterward.
