Pros

CPSI is a family based company. It prides itself with promoting from within. Main campus is easy to access. They are always working to make the grounds more secure.

Cons

Company has the "Good Ole Boy" mentality. The managers and mid managers do everything in there power not to share any pertinent job information with other employees. They do not have a drug plan option for insurance. Pay is horrible, unless you are coming right out of college and have been living with Mom and Dad. Normal people, who have families and responsibilities can't live on a laughable entry level salary and expect to travel the roads like they expect. If you are female, only a handful of people actually look out for you. The travel agents used, goes with the cheapest option available. So if that means you have to stay in a flea bag hotel just to save the company $10 per night..Guess what...You will be doing it.

Pros

Remote work, ETO and Holidays

Cons

The recent structural changes had real potential—but that potential was completely undermined by the hiring of the wrong leadership. What could have been a leap forward has turned into a disaster. Agile principles have been tossed aside in favor of an authoritarian management style, dictated by individuals who are completely disconnected from their teams. These so-called leaders don’t engage, don’t listen, and clearly don’t understand how to lead. Morale is at an all-time low. People are anxious, overworked, and still giving everything they’ve got—only to be told they’re falling short. It’s demoralizing. For a company that’s been around over 40 years, this kind of leadership is not just a misstep—it’s a path to collapse.
