Pros

Working Remote is awesome. The fact that I can work from home and shut off my pc at the end of the day with no commute to get home is a great benefit. Because I already know how to bill, training was small and on the various systems I would work and didn't treat me like a novice. Benefits are good and there are a lot to choose from including health, dental, life, short term disability, vision and accident insurance.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be challenging, but as long as you make an effort to be communicative with your manager, they will be with you as well.

Pros

Cheap insurance, Healthland division & people

Cons

Stuck in the 80s, internal software is very old, makes it hard to do your job. The same could be said about the products they sell. Cant believe prospects actually buy it. The are definitely stuck in their ways. After CPSI bought Healthland we went backward in so many ways.
