Benefits are good and work flexibility.

Cons

IT support and technologies are killing the productivity of this company. Folks pull your heads out of the 1990's toolset and approach to IT support. It should not take months to resolve any computer problem. All computer issues should be measured in minutes not months.

Didn't have to work at McDonalds & have very affordable benefits

Cons

No competitive pay, when you ask about raises/increase they tell you that you are lucky to have a job. Depending on your blood relation or friendship to upper management/directors dictates your treatment and how well you will do in the company.

Decent Medical Insurance. Flexible work schedule. Never get turned down when having to use your vacation days.

Cons

Management is to complacent in their location. Assistant Managers think more of their title then what they really happen to be. No place for growth. Once you have entered into this department you have been "pigeon holed" for the rest of your life. Still working with antiquated technologies for their software solutions. CPSI does not really is not really about fixing the problem at hand, they are more interesting in throwing a band aid on it hoping for miracle to unfold. No movement with in the company. THE PAY is not worth the stress that is involved with this job. Don't except to get out of the 30k any time soon. YOU HAVE ANOTHER JOB OFFER TAKE IT!
