Pros

TruStage offers excellent pay, comprehensive benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Flexible schedules, remote work options, and generous time off make it easy to manage personal and professional commitments.

Cons

The decision-making process tends to be slow due to bureaucracy, and employees often feel like just another number in the system. Rigid structures limit creativity and the ability to try new approaches. Roles tend to be overly specialized, reducing opportunities to develop a broader skill set. Additionally, large organizations can be resistant to change and slow to adapt, which can be frustrating in dynamic industries.

Not A Good Time

Pros

Remote work, ok benefits, good work life balance.

Cons

Just got a new ceo who shook up upper management IT just got rid of all the IT management roles including directors and are hiring new people to be more technical (40ish positions). The salaries on the developer job postings are outside of the pay bands allowed for the role. Talked to some of the new hires and they said they were told in the interview that the actual amount isn't close to what is offered. They got rid of all the quality engineers and are having devs do all the QE. They're also moving to have devs do all the technical analyst roles. We also just went through a reorg and rebrand. It is not a good time to start here.

Caring management and good reputation in the market

Cons

Restructure is reducing workforce and leading to everybody taking on more work without pay increases.
