Pros

Fab coworkers who I used to work with

Cons

Where is y'all's integrity, honesty, and inclusiveness for the employees? Smh such a disappointment!! These leaders come in from other companies and shake things up. Then once they gut the company they move on to the next company making it look like they did alot of good work and made alot of money. The biggest nail in the coffin was when they required in person expectations. My family is down to one car since I sold mine during COVID. We were promised to never have to work in office . Y'all lied. Now I got to take public transport to sit at a desk to be on a call with others around the country. It is so disruptive to sit next to sick people coughing in the desk next to me when I could just be at home. If they were honest about it being for tax purposes, or for management to feel useful I'd understand. But saying it's for better collaboration?? That's just not a fact. All I've talked to say they don't like it. They said it's the opposite of productive. People are too afraid to speak up . But even if they do? Leadership won't listen. They just like the vbuzzwords and hoping employees will leave. Ceo said that's our choice to leave when he revealed we'd have to work in office. What kind of support is that? Hard working people are leaving this company to go to our competitors . So many of my friends and good coworkers have left due to this policy. They also fired alot of people during this. They probably gonna fire people who live outside the 50mile radius . Watch your backs companies have no loyalty to their employees anymore! !Why would we have loyalty to them then? I know it is not a companys job to ensure employee happiness. But when y'all come off like everyone is happy then ya, you expect some happiness
