Pros

* working in a restaurant with health conscious people and food * pay was decent * employees were easy to work with

Cons

* management micromanaged employees * customers were rude and impolite at times and you had to put yourself to the side entirely because management would fire you if you spoke up for yourself. * the restaurant can become very busy and high paced and you can get drawn into doing several jobs at once * management could be careless and unorganized. Prioritized the customers much more than their fellow colleagues and made it obvious it was such. It feels strict and rigid working there with the feel that they only want people who will fit their narrative and desired look/personality. Everyone is subject to some form of belittling whether from kitchen management to higher levels.

Pros

The concept was cool and I liked that it was able to be so inclusive. fast paced so went by fast

Cons

hard to get anytime off, had us take breaks in the beginning of our shifts, had to say yes to everything and could not add service charge to any tables. Pros

The money is great. As an server with 6 years experience you can make $150-300 a day . You get cash tips DAILY. Coworkers are mostly cool. Once you learn table numbers you’ll be fine.

Cons

the management sucks! The general manager seems cool at first and honestly, he is 60% of the time. But at other times he’s unreasonable and if you mess up once he will punish you for it. In my opinion that’s not fair esp if you break your back to make sure the restaurant is flowing and thriving. If you can deal w high volume and stress you will thrive. If you’ve never served here don’t apply.
