There are no pros to workibg here. Keep looking for a job if you care about your career at all.

Cons

Biggest liars i have ever met. Starts with orientation when they say they have never laid off any employees. However, they use other words like restructuring to deter you from the truth. Next, management keeps you completely in the dark about what is going on with the company, and the only thing true you will hear is from rumors. This employer is a complete FRAUD, only looking out for their own corporate interests. They do not care about the people that work for the company at all. They should change their business name to FALSE

Awesome benefits package available after 6mos of employment. Competitive raises at .40 a year uncapped. Ability to switch and choose between 1st, 2nd or third shift (allowing for a year in between and availability) Open door policy (if you need to talk to someone management and HR are there for you) Opportunity to grow within the company (remember others are applying for jobs as well so you may not get the job you want but please keep trying)

Cons

They are very picky about who they hire it seems but lately choose unreliable people and walkouts continue to happen. We still get awesome people who join the workforce eventually! You cannot work with family members or spouses under the same boss. It does get hot in the summer but we are provided free Gatorade and fans. With the addition of solar power we can rest assured we will always have lighting and fans no matter what happens the the power grid in our area.

Cons

Due to an injury, I needed a reasonable accommodation for part of my employment process. Every day I e-mailed the manager of my need, but I was ignored. What happened to me at True was discriminatory.
