Company activities, technology stack, flexibility.

Cons

There are many 'clicks' that separate the employees. Lack of cohesion among employees. Lack of career advancement.

Work environment, Co-workers, Startup Atmosphere

Cons

- Career pathing - Diversity of backgrounds, education etc. - Religious values promote the “family” within - Hiring and firing practices are chaotic - Say to staff they communicate financial problems but they only communicate the good not the negative - Sales focuses on clients that have deep pockets

Interesting Challenges and Opportunities

Pros

Greenfield projects offer great opportunities to try out new technology and stay on the forefront of what's going on. The fixed team model allows a group of people to really form into a well performing entity. Moving across domains allows someone to gather a large amount of breadth and depth of knowledge of different industries.

Cons

The pace can be hectic at times. A downside to consulting is stability in terms of dependence on always making sales.
