If it was 2020-2021 then I’ll have some pros but there gone now

Cons

.Schedule flexibility- none. They implement a schedule lottery now so that’s out the window NO TRANSPARENCY whatsoever, you think this company is a new running Tesla but in reality it’s a 2005 Honda Civic. It’s in a crappy hole, this place either gets deeper or the same level it always has been, never better. If you think it’s get better, it’s because they’re hiding the crap storm that’ll happen later.

Cons

I wish I took the reviews more seriously before taking the job. Pointless meetings, constant issues, absolutely no such thing as WLB. Communication is terrible because you never know what’s happening. It’s just hard to do your job well when everyone feels burnout and we never hear anything positive. It started impacting me mentally and physically. This is my first time experiencing an “almost toxic” workplace.

- You get to work with a lot of smart people

Cons

- Turnover here is no joke - People are usually burned out within 6 months and quit - Leadership cares more about clients than their own employees - There is a culture disconnect between leadership and the rest of the company - Will sacrifice employees in the name of growth
