Pros

Great benefits and time off

Cons

Very high school and clique like in the Atlanta area. There is always a rumor about someone with even leadership being involved. Also, very hard to get promoted or transition outside of branch banking. It’s not about what you know, it’s about who likes you.

Pros

Health benefits, PTO and members of my teaxm

Cons

Worst technology in the wealth space. We are told we are “eeyores” if we don’t drink the purple koolaid. Cut out 401k match a few years ago, but said would maybe give 1% discretionary match to 401k. Didn’t get that in 2025, but promote that golf tournament that even Wells Fargo didn’t want to sponsor anymore and another MLB team. All the while Rogers is “find your purpose!” Are you paying a fee to Rick Warren for implementing his strategy here?
