Pros

Pay was good : 90k + bonus

Cons

Where to start. I've only met one quality area leader at Truist and he is in West Virginia. The job will suck the soul from your body, and when you need a break they will threaten to fire you. 1) goals 2) lack of leadership 3) Micro micro management 4) lack of training 5) Lacey Cole (should be #1)

Pros

Benefits are decent and they’re offered to part time employees which is rare to see.

Cons

As a newer employee, I did not feel welcomed in my particular branch. Luckily I have worked at a bank before because my training was all over the place. Minimal support from my direct manager. Toxic work environment that I noticed on the first day. Lots of unhappy customers at my particular branch. I see why the turnover is extremely high.
