Diversity & Inclusion is a joke

Pros

Good environment along footprint BUT not in CPA

Cons

Lack of leadership, upper management does not have an idea of what is going on at branches level. Mission and values? Are a joke / do not exist. Teammates and leaders discriminate clients and bankers, unless they are white men. No option to grow for women, unless you are one the “favorites” and of course white. Poor management, poor training, low pay, any reason will be good to do not pay you your incentive ( like motivator is not accurate) HR is a joke, will not be for you, they are there to protect the bank’s name reputation. If you speak up you are fired. Leaders love to “coach out” those who tell them their weaknesses.

Pros

Pay wasnt bad although most financial call centers pay more now. Good Benefits PTO plan 401k

Cons

THE CLIENTS THAT CALL IN FOR ASSISTANCE! You can be a top tier worker, numbers great etc but if you dont know the right people you WILL NOT move up. No work life balance you will burn out quick in this position. Take care of yourself because in the end, you can and will be replaced.
