Pros

Pays well for branches that exist in poor, rural areas.

Cons

The model Truist uses is squeezing branch employees dry, as they expect a crew of 4 to be enough to operate a branch at 150% capacity. Merit increases were essentially non-existent. Your job can and will be threatened at any opportunity. I literally cried with joy when I left and was able to stop taking anti-depressants within two months of leaving. I felt like I was being strangled for four years.

A joke

Pros

The benefits and Co workers

Cons

This is a joke of a company! Everyday it’s something new to make our jobs more complicated! They change something everyday, you don’t know what to do! & all they care about is damn CCG! They preach “at truist we care” when they don’t care about their employees at all! They just care about the money, if you don’t have a lot of money you don’t matter as much! They want us to be robots, no room for human error, want to control what we say! Just save yourself! Quite literally the worst place to worst!
