Pros

Mostly easy work once you get the hang of it

Cons

You will be yelled at by clients viciously with no backup from management. They expect more than one role can manage. Not enough time off. Poor technological infrastructure. Systems go down semi frequently, connections are always slow, they make changes to ATMs and online banking without thinking of how it will impact the clients
