Pros

Great benefits (PTO, 401k and pension), competitive pay, telecommuting available for some positions. Fantastic maternity leave benefits, fully embrace and support expectant mothers, also help support families by helping seek out child care, give parents tools to assist with care.

Cons

Since the merger occurred, emphasis is on doing more with less, which means less resources to complete an even greater volume of tasks. Senior managements bottom line is meeting the expectations of investors and shareholders, it went from a focus on quality to quantity.

Pros

The pay but the good doesn’t outweigh the bad

Cons

Don’t believe anything you are told. Nobody knows what’s going on. Everything changes by the day. Expect to stay confused and don’t ask for help because you’ll be ignored it given an attitude. Turnover rate is at an all time high.
